Is Trevo’s Mastercard linked with any Nigerian bank?

• The answer is No.

• Trevo’s Mastercard issued by Payoneer.com is backed by a US bank, Choice Bank Limited

• This Mastercard works with every ATM all over the world to dispense funds in the local currency of that country where the ATM is used– Using your paycard on ATMs in Ghana will cause ATMS to

dispense Cedis in Ghana, Rands in South Africa, Naira in Nigeria, etc

Is Trevo Mastercard different from the debit cards I have already?

• Yes, it is different, because a US bank, Choice Bank LLC, is the one managing the account of this Mastercard for the company, Payoneer.com

• Everyone who enrolls into Trevo has the option of requesting for Mastercard (if outside of Nigeria)

• Anytime you have a commission from Trevo, Payoner.com sends you an email, informing you that you have money, with a request to load the money into your Mastercard

How do I request for My Trevo Mastercard?

Go back to the email sent to you by Trevo with the subject

“Trevo Enrollment Summary”

Confirm that all your personal details autofilled by Trevo is correct

For STEP 2, confirm your username and supply your newly generated

password

Indicate your Password retrieval security question and supply the

answer

Select your mode of Government issued photo ID, along with the

reference number and expiry date

Finally, check the three boxes on the right and click FINISH button

Please Note• If you apply for your Mastercard within 24 hours

of your enrollment, you stand to getting your card within a month.

• The Longer you delay, the more you will have to wait, even if you have started making money

• You may not be able to access your earnings until your Mastercard arrives from the US

• All cardholders must activate their new Mastercards before it could be used

How Do I Get to Withdrawl My Trevo Commission?

Whenever you have money commissions, Trevo through Payoneer.com

sends you an email like the one above

It is the responsibility of the PayCard owner to load your commission

into your card. Otherwise, you continue to receive the same email

repeatedly

Loading Options with Fees• You will always be given two choice

– Immediate way of having access to your loaded money

• It takes btween 30mins to 2 hours to have access to your loaded money.The fees is $3 per load

– Standard way of having access to your loaded money

• It takes three days, but the fees is $1 per load

Choose between Standard Load and Immediate Load

Close your browser at this point, except if you wish to automate your

PayCard loading, that is when you can click ALWAYS IMMEDIATE

Login with the username (email you supplied to Payoneer.com during

application) and password (that you supplied to Payoneer.com during

application)

If you have activated you PayCard, and have started loading your

commission into you PayCard, your online banking portal should look like
