TransitionsWe are a 65-bed stabilization and
transitional program that provides a
safe, drug and alcohol free environment
for men who are 18+ years old. To gain
admission to Transitions, you must have
been diagnosed with a substance use
disorder and need transitional services
between your current situation and the
next level of care.
We do not accept third-party (insurance) payments.
We are a tobacco-free campus and location.

At Transitions, we strongly believe in

substance use, dependence and addiction

addiction, we must address all of these
reasons, which are unique for each of
our clients. We focus on individual needs
and preferences when assisting clients
achieve their goals in recovery.
