ANWA Chicago Transitions Effective: Sept. 1, 2019 As we near the annual time of transitions and shifts in our departmental structure, we are executing the commands given by Dr. Stevenson earlier this year to “raise the standard” by communicating these changes to our leadership body, including all ordained leaders, department heads and staff members. In our raising of this standard, we invite you to read carefully and make mental shifts regarding who is responsible for what, and effective immediately, relate to each party in their designated role. Each branch of change is denoted by the bold subject lines, along with some detail on the changes made in departments or responsibility. We are grateful for the planning, strategizing, flexibility, building and teamwork every leader has invested in our history. As always, our doors are open for communication that will aid in clarity, effective functionality and unity. We are excited about how we are building together for this next phase of our future, as God has and still is revealing much about the fruitfulness of 2020. Thanks again for your continued leadership and prayer! Pastor Joshua Alexander Executive Director of Systems & Administration

ANWA Chicago Transitions Effective: Sept. 1, 2019

As we near the annual time of transitions and shifts in our departmental structure, we are executing the commands given by Dr.
