• Pre-Arranged Absence•When parents know in advance that their student will be absent, they must call their child’s House Secretary at least 2 days in advance• The student must bring in a written request, from their parent/guardian, and a pre-arranged absence for must be completed

• Doctor/Dental Appointments•Any absences due to doctor or dental appointments must be confirmed by a note from the doctor or dentist

Tardy Policy
• All students are expected to be seated before the bell rings• After the bell rings,
teachers will close (therefore, locking) their doors• Late students who are left
outside the door will be assessed a tardy and let into class

Deliveries
• If deliveries are made to students during the school day, by their parents, etc., they will not be delivered to the students• They will be put in the
House and the students can come down and pick their deliveries up at a time that is convenient

Drop Off Policy
• Come in by flag pole and follow traffic pattern• 6:50 – 7:05 a.m. is the
best time to drop off students
