1 Leave Policy
Leaves are given to all employees of Transit in order to ensure that they have adequate time away from work for family holidays, special events, rest and recreation.
1.1 Policy
It is Transit policy that all employees are entitled to leave in accordance with the relevant rules/awards/agreements and statutory provisions. Where such leave policy is at variance with laws of the state applicable to an employee, or group of employees, the law will take precedence.
1.1.1 Eligibility for leave
Employee will be entitled to claim Paid Leave after his completion of 1 year in Transit and before one year they will be eligible for 6 Sick leave/Casual leave.
1.2 Procedures
1.2.1 Claiming of leave
Leave cannot be claimed as of right. Discretion is reserved with the authority empowered to grant leave, to refuse or revoke leave at any time according to the exigencies of service to the Company.
1.2.2 General Conditions
An employee would be required to make an advance application in the Leave Application Form (Refer Annexure I) and get it sanctioned from his immediate superior. Leaves need to be planned and taken with permission from your Boss and not just intimating him.
Employee shall then submit the form to HR Manager for records. HR Manager shall maintain leave data in required format & has to submit within 2 days after Rejoin, delay form will not approve by Hr & without valid reason it will consider as loss of leave.
Any employee who has been sanctioned leave shall furnish to the Company, the address and phone no. at which he can be contacted while out of station before proceeding on leave.
Any employee who, without due permission, overstays his leave, shall not be entitled to any pay and allowances for the period of absence without leave. The Employee shall also be liable to disciplinary action except in circumstances where overstay is beyond his control.
If employee has not come on duty without any intimation (at least same day), his absent will be consider as leave without pay and extra 1 day leave or pay will be deduct as a penalty for not being a responsible.
Calendar: For the purpose of leave April to March calendar will be followed.
1.2.3 Recall on Duty
An employee on leave may be recalled to duty by management for exigencies arising out of conducting the business of the Company.
1.2.4 Types of leave
All the regular employees of Transit will be entitled to leaves as specified here under:
Paid Leave: 12 days of Paid Leave will be given every year after finished 1 year in Transit
While applying for 1 day leave, employee has to give intimation at least a day in advance i.e. by end of previous day.
While applying for 2-5 days leave, employee has to seek sanction at least 10 days in advance.
For more than 6 days of leave, employee has to seek sanction before 15 days from directors.
If this leave is not utilized during the year, the 50% of accumulated leave shall be carried forward after completion of the year.
Casual Leave/Sick leave: 6 days of Casual Leave/Sick leave shall be given every year
Only half day or 1 day leave shall be granted.
If casual leaves are not utilized during the year, the same shall lapse after completion of the year.
Casual leaves are not encashable.
National Holidays
Transit shall declare national holidays to all the employees in the first week of January every year.
Note: If company will declare holiday due to natural calamities then that day will be compensate with regular company holiday or weekly off.
Updated Policies
Travel Policy
The objective of the Travel Policy is that the employee can be in the required location to do business and is comfortable enough. Policy
All employees should adhere to the Travel Policy when traveling on Company business.
Procedures
Approving Authority
Head of Department of the concerned department in which employee who is going on business related travel will be approving authority
Travel Desk
Every employee proceeding on travel has to get their tickets booked through IRCTC App for rail and Yatra app or other apps for flight by using own credit card/debit card.
Non-availability of tickets should not be an excuse for under-taking business travel.
Following are the sanctioned modes of travel:
Head of Department & above: 3rd AC or Sleeper Coach
Journey above 15 Hours for selected only- project manager now after in 3rd Ac & subsidiary person travelling with him will be in non ac sleeper
Other employees: Sleeper Class, Bus Travel
All the people who wants to travel by flight kindly take written approval from the directors
Other expenses
Expenses for food shall be on the following basis: Food allowances are not applicable under areas Surat
to Navsari, Surat to Kosamba, Surat to Bardoli, if journey is started after 9.00 A.M or regular office timings.
Food allowance are not applicable of any sites from office area if journey is started after 9.00 am
For sites like corporate having canteen and approved for lunch or dinner in canteen will be provided canteen charges only for fixed Thali [ e.g.: shell / Essar / kribco / L & T / For sites like corporate having own canteen
In case of canteen available at site Standard rate of Transit food allowances will not be considered.
If candidate doesn’t Takes lunch at Company canteen due to any reason he himself will be liable for any expense done.
If company having canteen doesn’t permits for Lunch or dinner in canteen then standard Rates will apply in that case. But it should be permitted to HOD or PM
For long distance travelling More than 15 hrs Full Day charge will Be Rs 200 [ Considering all Expense in same ]
For Journey below 12 hours Food allowance will be Rs 100 [ considering Water / Tea / breakfast / Lunch or dinner whatever applicable as per night Journey ]
Employee moves from home before morning 8.00 clock and reaches surat area by 5.00 pm. approved food allowance will be Rs. 100/-
Employee moves from home before morning 8.00 clock and reaches surat area by 7.00 pm. approved food allowance will be Rs. 125/-
Employee moves from home before morning 8.00 clock and reaches surat area by 9.00 pm. approved food allowance will be Rs. 200/-
Local travel expenses in the place of visit shall be reimbursed on actual. Employee shall try & adopt the cheapest mode of travel available.
Any other expenses done on the account of business requirements shall be reimbursed on actual.
Hotel stay expenses
Expenses for hotel stay shall be on the following basis:
Head of Departments & Sales HOD if staying in Metro will be entitled to have a room not more then 1500 /day and in non metro not more then 1000 / day.
For any Hotel stay employee should have permission from P.M. and any p.m. should have permission from HOD.
For Non metro city for single bed approved cost would be 350 and for double bed cost would be 550.
For Metro city single bed would be Rs. 700/- and for double bed would be Rs. 1200/-
Metro city only counted will be Bombay/Calcutta/Pune/Hyderabad /Delhi.
For long term projects room should be taken under project budgets and standard values for technicians.
For PM and Engineer category room should bear standard facility as Bed/Fan/Attach toilet bathroom.
Tour Advance
Before proceeding on tour, employee can take advance from Accounts based on estimated expenses approved by Head of Department.
Claim of Travel Expenses
Travel expenses must be claimed within one week of returning from Travel.
All the supporting documents shall be duly attached.

In High Court around 135 HD fix & PTZ camera were installed in both indoor & outdoor of Gujarat High
court where entire passive work, networking storage server, UPS & display solution is done by us. High
court peripheral is covered by designer poles giving antique look. We matched our hardware with
existing facade to make in uniform.
2. Godhra City Surveillance 3 Mega pixels IP IR Camera has been installed at different locations such that it covers all, in & out entries
of each location across Godhra City. The deployed IP based CCTV Surveillance Network across Godhra
City mainly comprising Megapixel IP cameras &
Storage System, Wireless backbone Network,
Active switches, Passive Cabling Network &
accessories.
3. Gopitalav Pride of Surat, “Gopitalav” having immense archeological value is secured by more than 60 cameras and
interwoven with each other to provide continuous
surveillance. Along with this state of the art public
address system is providing entertainment by playing
music and pipe music and will be use for zone wise
announcement & a predefined evacuation procedure
in case of disaster.

6. Dharmanandan We have completed the work for supply, installation, testing and commissioning of I based CCTV system
including fiber optic 1 G and 10 G uplink Networking server, 818 Channel license & client license for CCTV
software and storage.

Dalmatian female dog was reported wandering around in new city light area.
The dog was immediately attended and team PRAYAS rescued the dog to team PRAYAS Shelter
It was discovered that the female dog was fully pregnant and in the last stages of pregnancy.
She was made to settle down and comforted and cared for.
She was very stressed out and was holding
the delivery until she finds a safe place for
delivering the puppies. Just imagine the pain
and trauma she must have been gone
through!
As soon as she was safely
settled at team PRAYAS
rescue center, she
delivered 6 babies
MOON got a family - Transit family

The mother and the babies
were shifted to a team
member’s place for fostering
as the rescue center which is
also an animal trauma center,
is not a safe place of new born
puppies as they might get
infection. The family
peacefully settled at the foster
home.

Great Care was taken and the puppies were now old enough to play and explore the world!
It was time to get the puppies their forever home!

family to come forward was the big, energetic, enthusiastic and compassionate family of Transit

around and has fun.
