In the name of the Almighty, the most

Beneficent and most Merciful.

It gives me great pleasure to present this

report after Hospital completing five years,

Hospital departments crossed many boundaries

during the year performing many complicated And

difficult operations in orthopaedic, gynaecology,

Urology and general surgery's including knee joint

and hip replacements surgeries, also eye

department has had increase in free Cataract eye

operations, we thank our surgeons for their

expertise and dedications in their respective field.

Hospital's all general out-patients and

indoor patients departments have had sufficient

increase in the patients, for this I would like to

congratulate and thank hospital doctors and all

medical staff for their dedication and hard work.

Hospital now employs 51 total numbers of full time

staff to provide 24 hours medical care in which our

non-medical staffs also plays a vital role in the

running of hospital, we appreciate their effort.

Of course all this would not be possible

without the blessing of Almighty and the constant

support of Bardoli Muslim Welfare Society (U.K.)

and Hospital generous donors across the globe

especially the communities of U.K., Barbados and

Panama for which we are eternally grateful to each

and every one, may the Almighty Allah reward all in

this world and the hereafter

Our Annual running costs budget for 2015/2016 is

approximately 16'000'000 Rupees (£166,000.00

pounds or $255,000-00). Additionally, we need funds

annually to buy and upgrade the medical

equipment's and instruments.

Our cost for running one medical camp is

approximately Rs.25,000/ per day (£270 or $420). In

the year 2015 we held eight major camps,

Orthopaedic x 2, Eye, Circumcisions, Elderly health

check-up, Asthma, Obesity, B.M.D. Spine tics and

pain relief Camps (Please see images of the camps)

Hospital served more than 51,000 patients during

the year, and spent 65 lacs Rupees ($105,000-00) of

Zakat fund in providing concession and free

medical care to the poor and needy patients

FREE MEDICAL CAMPS DURING 2015-16

(1) Free Orthopaedic Camp was organized

on 05.04.2015 at our hospital with Dr. Piyusv aid

(Orthopaedic Surgeon) and Dr. Sahista Gajia in

Which 63 Patients were Examined, treated and

provided with free medicine.

(2) Free Mega Check-up Camp was

organized at Bodhan Village on 10.05.2015 in

which medical departments of Dental, Surgical,

Orthopaedic and Eye Doctors were present and

total number of 212 patients were examined,

treated and Free 7 days medicine was provided to

all patients.

(3) B.M.D Camp was organized on 20.05.2015

at our hospital under Dr. Piyus Vaid (Ortho

Surgeon) in which 88 Patients took the benefits of

the camp, patients were provided free medicine

and a relief was given in X-rays diagnosis.

(4) Asthma Camp was organized on

27.10.2015 at our hospital with co-support of Cipla

Pharma under Dr Manish Fadia (M.D medicine)

in which 38 patients took benefits from it .

(5) Obesity Camp was organized on

01.12.2015 at our hospital under Dr. J. H. Panchal

(Bariatric Surgeon) in which 18 patients took the

benefits from the camp.

(6) B.M.D Spine tics and Pain relief Camp was

organized on 09.12.2015 at hospital under Dr Kiran

Jayswal in which 48 patients took benefits from the

camp.

(7) Free Circumcised and pediatric Camp was

held on 20.12.2015 at our hospital with co-

ordination with Haji A. M. lockhat & Dr A.M. Moolla

Sarvajanik Hospital Surat. In which successfully 59

circumcised were performed.

(8) Free Mega Check-up Camp was organized

at Buhari Village on 10.01.2016 in medical

Departments of Dental, Surgical, Ortho, Eye, E.N.T

and Gynaecologist Doctors were present and total

of 327 patients were examined, treated, and Free 7

days medicine was provided to all patients.

• These all free camps are organised under

the hospital Lillah fund and approximate cost for

each camp is 25,000 Rupees.

(9) During the whole year every Thursday

morning all out-patients departments are free for

patients and also concession is given in X-ray,

Laboratory, Sonography and medicine from the

hospital Lillah Fund.

(10) During the whole year hospital provides

Free Eye Cataract operations to all patients who

are poor and needy from the Zakat and Interest

Fund.

HOSPITAL’S OVERSEAS REPRESENTATIVES

FACILITIES AVAILABLE IN HOSPITAL:

Patient named Javid Salim Ryan was admitted in

hospital on 26th November 2015 after being

critically injured while travelling on tempo which

was involved in an accident.

Injuries he sustained was blunt trauma over upper

side of abdomen with severe abdominal pain,

ultra sound of the abdomen was taken and

immediate emergency treatment was given by

surgeon consultant Dr Kinav Chaudhari.

Following day patient developed some serious

problems in increase heart rate, high blood

pressure, extreme abdominal pain and patient

became drowsy because of internal bleeding

after another ultra sound, blood examination and

digital X-ray of abdomen investigation found

massive blood collection in abdomen (Hematoma

peritoneum).

As the condition of patient became critical

emergency operation of the full abdomen

laparotomy with high risk was carried out by

regular surgeon Dr Kinav Chaudhri, anaesthetic

Dr Sandeep Shroff, and M.D. physician Dr Manish

Fadia, operation period took six hours by the grace of

Almighty operation was successful.

As condition of the patient was very critical he was

put on hospital advanced Vella Ventilator life support

machine for 86 hours, with Infusion pump for cardiac

support in the hospital I.C.U., during patient stay in

I.C.U. hospital RMO’s with the senior doctors took

care 24 hours a day.

Patient was in hospital care for 21 days with the

utmost care taken by medical staff, because of poor

financial condition of the patient hospital subsidised

his bill by over 60% from Zakat Fund.
