Crossing silos – five thematic innovation areas
«Silofication» and lack of collaboration
and coordination between disciplines
and sectors are major obstacles in
sustainable development.
All parties involved in TRD 3.0 are
expected to cross silo boundaries and
invest in collaborative actions. The areas
Smart City and Innovation have a
particular responsibility to develop
frameworks that will enhance and
facilitate «silo-bridging».
