Transferring Contacts Nokia to BlackBerry 9320 If you have a Nokia Lumia, your contacts will be stored against your email address (Hotmail and Google being the main ones). To check where they are stored:
1. Tap on People 2. Tap on the Menu button (3 dots in the bottom right hand corner) 3. Tap on Filter My Contact List 4. Tick one mail account at a time and click on the tick at the bottom
Go through each of your mail accounts to establish where your contacts are saved Move Google contacts to a CSV file
1. Log into your Google account on your PC (https://mail.google.com) 2. Click on Gmail 3. Click on Contacts 4. Click on More 5. Click on Export 6. Select All Contacts 7. Select Outlook CSV File 8. Click Export 9. Save the file to your desktop (save as CSV (Comma Delimited))

1. Log into your Hotmail/Live account (https://home.live.com) 2. Click Contacts 3. Click Manage 4. Click Export 5. Choose Open with Microsoft Excel and click OK 6. Save the file as CSV (Comma Delimited) to your desktop

1. Click File 2. Click Open 3. Click Import 4. Choose Import from another program or file and click Next 5. Choose Comma Separated Values (Windows) and click Next 6. Click Browse and find the file you saved 7. Click Next 8. Choose the destination folder (Contacts) and click Next 9. Click Finish

1. Click File 2. Click Import and Export 3. Click Next 4. Click Comma Separated Values (Windows) 5. Click Next 6. Click Browse and find the file you saved 7. Click Allow Duplicates 8. Click Next 9. Choose Contacts 10. Click Next 11. Click Finish
Now your contacts are saved in Outlook, we can transfer them to your BlackBerry:
1. Open BlackBerry Desktop Manager 2. Connect your phone to your PC 3. Click Organizer 4. Tick Contacts 5. Click Configure 6. Set up a One Way Sync from Outlook to the BlackBerry (If you want to be able to continue to
sync your contacts between your BlackBerry and Outlook in the future, set up a two way sync)
7. Click Sync
Transferring Contacts Nokia to BlackBerry 9320 If you have an older Nokia, save your contacts to your SIM, and insert the SIM in the BlackBerry. On the BlackBerry, go to Contacts, press the BlackBerry Menu Button, choose SIM Phone Book, press the BlackBerry Menu Button and choose Copy All to Contacts. This will then store all the SIM contacts to your BlackBerry.
