Quickly resolve your need to upgrade your device

With Shared Upgrade Automation, you can

transfer the upgrade eligibility of a wirelessnumber on your account to another wireless

number and upgrade immediately in Premier.

Both numbers need to be in the same billing

account. The wireless number that transfers

upgrade eligibility assumes the upgrade

eligibility date, terms and conditions, andfinancial responsibility of the wireless

number that receives the eligibility.

In Premier, you can:

• Easily transfer Shared Upgrade eligibility

in Premier Online Store

• Quickly check Shared Upgrade eligibility

in Premier Online Care

• Conveniently view Shared Upgrade

transactions in Premier eBill

Shared Upgrade Automation lets you transfer the upgrade

eligibility of a device on the same billing account to the device

you want to upgrade.

It’s easy to transfer upgrade eligibility in Premier Online Store. If

you’re eligible for Shared Upgrade and have permission to place

Shared Upgrade orders, simply do the following.1. Select the option to use someone else’s upgrade eligibility.

2. Find and select a wireless number on your account that is

currently eligible for an upgrade.

3. Review and complete your upgrade eligibility transfer.

4. Upgrade your device in Premier Online Store using thetransferred eligibility, which may include paying to upgrade or

trading in the device that is upgrade eligible.

Select the option to use someone else’s upgrade eligibility

To keep your number and get a new device using the upgrade eligibility date or

AT&T Next upgrade options of another wireless number on this account, clickTransfer Eligibility.

Find and select an upgrade-eligible number

You can quickly view a list of five and

up to 25 suggested upgrade-eligiblenumbers, or search for a specific

wireless number.

Once you find the number you want

to transfer, click Select & Continue.

Review and complete your upgrade eligibility transfer

To complete the Shared Upgrade

eligibility transfer, verify yourselection and then click Continue.

This takes you to the Phone & Device

Selection page where you can

conveniently upgrade your device

using the transferred eligibility.

upgrade eligibility.





From the View Account Information page or the Premier

Homepage, you can quickly check your Shared Upgrade

eligibility status.

• Click View upgrade options to see your current upgrade options.

• Click View Shared Upgrade history to review your Shared

Upgrade transactions.

• Click Select an upgrade-eligible wireless number to begin the

Shared Upgrade process in Premier Online Store.

Note: You’ll see the Select an upgrade-eligible wireless number link if

you’re eligible for Shared Upgrade and have permission to place Shared

Upgrade orders.

In the View Account Information

page or the Premier Homepage,you’ll see the link Select an upgrade-

eligible wireless number if your

device is eligible for Shared Upgrade.

Simply click the link to begin the

Shared Upgrade process. This takes

you to the Upgrade Options page inPremier Online Store.

To find out more about your

Shared Upgrade eligibility, click

View upgrade options and

View Shared Upgrade history.

Clearly see if your device is

eligible for Shared Upgrade

and start the process.

You’ll see a message in the Upgrade Options overlay

if you’re eligible for Shared Upgrade. Click Continue to begin the Shared Upgrade process in Premier

Online Store.

The Shared Upgrade History page lists all Shared

Upgrade transactions in which your wireless number

either transferred or received upgrade eligibility.

In Manage Product Preferences, administrators can

allow users to perform Shared Upgrades and transferupgrade eligibility between wireless numbers.

If this is not allowed, users can still view their

eligibility for Shared Upgrades.

Note: If you do not see this

Purchasing Preference, then

Shared Upgrade may not beenabled for your foundation

account. If you would like this

enabled, please contact your

AT&T representative.

Select this checkbox toallow users to place

Shared Upgrade orders.




After you’ve transferred the upgrade eligibility from an

eligible to an ineligible wireless number under the same

billing account, you can easily view transaction details in

the new Shared Upgrade pop-up window.

To open the Shared Upgrade window, click Shared Upgrade

in the Detail Charges section of the View BAN InvoiceSummary page.

In Premier eBill, you can conveniently view the Shared Upgrade transaction details that occurred

in your billing account during the selected billing period.

More information

• You can use a wireless number on an AT&T Next installment plan for a Shared

Upgrade. When you transfer upgrade eligibility from a wireless number that's on

an AT&T Next plan, you'll be prompted during the ordering process to pay off the

device, pay to upgrade the device, and/or trade in the device, depending on what

applies to that number.

•

You can create a list of the wireless numbers in your account that may be eligible forShared Upgrade by running an Upgrade Eligibility report in Premier Online Care.

• Shared Upgrade Automation is currently available for small businesses and

Individual Responsibility Users (IRUs). To enable Shared Upgrade Automation for
