    Dragon WagonOur Dragon Wagons are chartered carriages that drag on at the end of regular trains. The wagon has 9 cabins with 4 berths each and is superior to most regular carriages. Some cabins are taken by your Tour Leader and used for excess luggage.     Tour Introduction Explore six amazing cities in Russia, starting in the capital Moscow, then overnight to wonderful St Petersburg, you will then visit Kazan, the capital of Tartarstan and a mix of Muslim and Catholic religions. Next is Ekaterinburg and the Ural Mountains at the geographical border between Europe and Asia, also the last resting place of the Romanov’s. Then head into central Siberia to visit Krasnoyarsk or Novosibirsk. Finaly you arrive in Irkutsk and will stay at Listvyanka along Lake Baikal.

    Arrival to Moscow. Meet your guide and transfer to hotel. Dinner at hotel where you meet your fellow travellers. (D)

    Day 2Moscow

    After breakfast: head to the “Golden Ring” town Sergei with one of the oldest monestary of Russia. Lunch in Sergei and return to Moscow for free walk on Arbat street. Moscow Metro tour and return to hotel for welcome dinner. (B/L/D)

    Day 3Moscow

    After breakfast: visit Red Square and outside surroundings of the National History Museum, Lenin’s Tomb, Vasily Assumption Church, Gum National Department Store, Zhukov Statue, etc., then about 90 min in the Kremlin. After lunch: Cathedral of Christ the Saviour, Sparrow Hills, Grand Viewpoint, Victory Square, Arc de Triomphe, New Saints Cemetery, etc.Dinner at hotel. Board the train to St Petersburg in the evening, dep. 22:28. It is 650km from Moscow to St. Petersburg. (B/L/D)

    Day 4St Petersburg

    Arrive at 6:40. City Tour after breakfast, then Summer palace to visit the upper and lower gardens. Lunch, return to downtown St Petersburg, check in hotel and dinner. (B/L/D)

    Day 5St Petersburg

    After breakfast: visit the World War II Memorial Square, then take a bus to Pushkin village to visit the beautiful Catherine Palace and the famous “Amber Room”. After lunch: return to the city and board the Neva River cruise. Feel the charm of “Venice of the North”. Dinner. (B/L/D)

    After breakfast: visit the Hermitage Museum (90 minutes), one of the world’s four major museums, with a VIP ticket. Lunch. Boarding train to the historical and cultural city of Kazan, dep. at 15:30. It is 1450km from St. Petersbrug to Kazan. (B/L)

    Day 7Kazan

    Arrive Kazan at 13:58 local time, meet tour guide. Check in hotel and city tour. Visit Kazan University, Kazan Kremlin, Kul Sharif Mosque. Dinner. (D)

    Day 8Kazan

    After breakfast: bus to Sviark Island, visit the historical and cultural island with only 200 inhabitants, learn about the history and culture of Kazan and Russia. Lunch and Dinner at the hotel and in a Tartar restaurant. Return to the city and board the train to Ekaterinburg, dep 20:08. It is 875km from Kazan to Ekaterinburg. (B/L/D)

    Day 9Ekaterinburg

    Arrive Ekaterinburg at 12:22 local time. After lunch: excursion to the Ural Mountains, visit the Europe-Asia Obelisk, the Chapel of St. Elizabeth and the largest private Military Museum in Russia. Return to city for dinner. (L/D)

    Day 10Ekaterinburg | Train

    After breakfast: City Tour and boarding train to Novosibirsk, dep. at 12:10. It is 1525km from Ekaterinburg to Novosibirsk. (B)

    Day 11Novosibirsk

    Arrive in Novosibirsk at 11:46 local time. Lunch. Check in Hotel, City tour (City Centre square, National Novosibirsk Opera and Dance Theatre, etc.). Boarding train to Irkutsk, dep. 23:54 midnight. It is 1850km from Novosibirsk to Irkutsk. (B/L/D)

    Day 5Train to Ekaterinburg

    Breakfast. Shopping for supplies at supermarket before transfer to railway station. Dep at 10:44 to Ekaterinburg. It is 2287km from Krasnoyarsk to Ekaterinburg. (B)
