In General - School districts may receive funds under Section 1118 - Parental Involvement, if the School district:
Implements programs, activities and procedures for the involvement of parents
Develops a written Parental Involvement Policy jointly with, agree on, and distribute to parents, which establishes expectation for parental involvement
