Scope of Industry-Focused TrainingOur training programmes are designed to meet national skills standards and promote professionalism in the various trades.

CONSTRUCTION

The construction industry is the backbone of any growing economy. South Africa suffers from a limited supply of certi�ed tradesmen and

hence has identi�ed these as some of their scarce skills. Our Construction division offers learnerships, apprenticeships, skills programmes and short

courses to assist companies' to upskill, 'gap' train or fully qualify their staff.

HEALTH & WELFARE

Compliance to Occupational Health & Safety (OHSA) is the law for all businesses in South Africa. We provide training to enable employees to assess the work environment and implement the appropriate interventions to ensure compliance and safety for everyone.

ENGINEERING

Through our Engineering division we train hundreds of welders, whether they be novice, intermediate, advanced or tradesmen. We have also

WHOLESALE & RETAIL

Adult Basic Education & Training (ABET) or now known as Adult Education & Training (AET) is a foundation towards life-long learning and development. We offer courses in Literacy and Numeracy to assist

employees and community members in being able to become a fully engaging member of their community and society.

Retail and in turn, wholesale, play an important role in the South African economy. The sector has bene�ted from efficient distribution centres

and an increase in shopping centres. Our courses and quali�cations in wholesale and retail operations encompass various job functions and aspects

which are designed to upskill new entrants into the sector and advance the skills of those already employed.

Facilitators & Course ContentOur experienced facilitators and assessors have a passion for facilitating quality training and assessments. Quality training and assessments are provided to large employee groups nationally by experienced and accredited facilitators, who train using a variety of methodologies and training aids to suit the speci�c subject and audience.

Our courses are current, creative and outcomes-based, with material being industry-related and relevant. The medium language for training is English, however upon special request we can conduct training in isiZulu, isiXhosa, SeSotho, SePedi and Afrikaans. With training methodologies being 'learner-centered' our facilitators assist employees according to their learning needs.

Online Learner Management SystemTraining can be provided on-site at a client's premises or off-site at our training schools. We are able to monitor learner achievements and continued professional development through an online Learner Management System (LMS).

Our LMS system is:

§ A user friendly, state-of-the-art and adaptable internet based system § Linked to SETA requirements and National Learner Registration Database Compliance (NLRD)§ Manages all: facilitator accreditation and details; training events (attendance, participation etc); learner educational

history and links to current training interventions; certi�cation process and client information§ Generates various reports which can be extracted.§ Client access to their learner information and ability to print certi�cates.
