Brand You
Number of participants: 12
Duration:
1/2 day
Date: 18th January 2010
Time: 2pm – 5pm
Price:HKD$1,600
What is covered on this programme?
A half-day duration programme aimed at asking
the simple question of „who are you?‟ (in relation
to the service or item that their company sells.)
This course aims to cover the following key issues, so by the end of the programme, the
delegates should feel like they can go out and
confidently deliver their brand messages to their peers, subordinates or customer groups in a
consistent, clear, concise and impactful manner.
- what is a brand?
- how do you build a brand?
- exploring their own product or services as a brand
developing and delivering the key messages of
their brand so they are able to deliver those
messages consistently and convincingly to any potential or existing customer group
Who should attend this programme?
This programme is ideal for small businesses who have yet to truly define their brand values
and key messages. It is especially valuable for owners/managers and trainers who would then
have responsibility for making sure the rest of their organisation gives out consistent messages.
It is also useful for people who are looking to either „reinvent their brand‟ or those who feel
like all members of their company are saying different things and who need some consistency
in their communication and marketing approach.
This programme can also be run in-house, within
one company at a time, to let entire teams define their brands together.
Who is this programme NOT for?
Larger companies with clear communications and direction, focused marketing messages and
established brand books.

Training Topic:
Stand & Deliver
Number of participants:
10
Duration: 1day
Date: 26th April 2010
Time: 9am – 5pm
Price:HKD$3,000
What is covered on this programme?
If you had to do a presentation right now – would you be confident or quivering?
Whether you present to individuals or to an audience of thousands – how do you get
someone to listen to you? How do you perform rather than just present? How do you make what
you say so memorable that it sticks in the minds of those you present to and inspires them to
action?
This course will both improve your confidence
and improve your outcomes. We will assess you, then we‟ll take you to pieces and put you back
together again. But don‟t worry, it won‟t hurt a
bit. In fact you actually might rather enjoy it.
Who should attend this programme?
If on the whole you‟re a quiverer, then this
course will push you and get you to face your fears. If however you‟re more in the „confident‟
category, then we‟ll tear you down, but then we‟ll build you higher and taller than before. This
programme IS challenging, but it IS good fun
and the results will be plain for all to see.
Who is this programme NOT for?
Anyone with a fear of seeing themselves on television…. (are you intrigued?)
