Puneet is a Training Consultant and is part of ‘Design &

Delivery’ at Holistic Training Solutions. His responsibili-

ties include developing content, maintaining quality

standards and conducting training workshops on

Leadership and Management Development Programs.

He is a certified NeuroLinguistic Practitioner (NLP)

through the National Federation of NeuroLinguistic

Programming (NFNLP) and has been awarded with

recognitions like the Athiyaholic Award, the

Dhronacharya Award and the Top Training Manager

Award in his tenure.

Puneet Gupta has over 10 years of corporate experi-

ence in different industries. After graduating from the

Institute of Hospitality and Management (IHM) in Goa,

worked in the Information Technology/ Information

Technology Enabled Services (IT/ITES) for about four

years and thereafter, trained in the corporate field for

seven years.

Puneet began his training journey with Athiya, where

he conducted Competency Based Trainings for the

executives and supervisors of Infosys. He has trained

exclusively for the financial sector as a Training Man-

ager for Angel Broking and Max New York Life. A firm

advocate of experiential learning.
