• T.R. Stegall Education Foundation is a comprehensive education program designed to develop minorities through the implementation of several lifestyle, healthcare, and education initiatives. T.R. individual to define expunge and reasonable answer, what is criminal record expungement, what are your rights regarding filing for expungement,
