Current Positions & Opportunities at TotalMed ITEpic Beacon Analyst – Contract-To-PermEpic Beacon Certification, Ability to relocate for full-time, located in the Midwest.
Epic Cache DBA – Contract-To-PermEpic Cache Certification, ability to relocate for full-time, located in the Midwest.
McKesson ORSOS AnalystMy client will need to upgrade ORSOS and Pentax EndoPro in the next few months. The backfill resource should have the following skillset:
a. ORSOS supportb. EndoWorks and/or EndoPro (Olympus, Pentax)
supportc. Excel spreadsheets – using visual basic for some
functions, inline formulas, pulling data from SQL Server database.
d. SQL Server – develop queries and views that are used for reports and spreadsheets from ORSOS
e. 9-12 month engagement with approximately 75% of the time being onsite
Athena Clinical & Collector Go-Live SupportExperience with multiple Clinical and Collector Go-Lives. 1 and 2 week projects starting Sept. 9th and Sept. 14th.

Along with providing staffing solutions within the Healthcare IT realm, TotalMed has multiple departments that provide various Healthcare and IT solutions.
The Medical Financial division of TotalMed deals with all segments of the medical revenue cycle.
Working with various Managed Care Organizations, Third Party Administrators, and Risk Management Organizations as major clients, MedFi works with member service, claims/billing, medical coding, and administrative assistance positions as well as case management-oriented nurses of many different disciplines.

MEET THE TEAM
For this week’s bio, I have included a Personnel Agent with TotalMed. His name is Richard Balauag. He is currently working in the Medical Financial division.
Rich graduated from Northern Illinois University with a Bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology with an emphasis in exercise science. He originally looking to pursue a career in a hospital/ clinical setting then found a home with TotalMed where he started working in the TotalMed IT division in January of 2014. After 1 year and 4 months he transferred to our MedFi (Medical Financial) division. Due to his understanding of ICD-10, he is spearheading their ICD-10 initiatives an working with Managed Care organizations in Chicago working with individuals who are clinical based ranging from administrative staff to RN’s or Social workers assisting in all phases through the continuum of care.
In his free time, he enjoys playing and learning new sports. He competitively plays basketball, soccer and volleyball. He is an avid Chicago Bulls fan, enjoys spending most of his summertime at his lake houses water skiing and wake boarding, even though he has yet to stay up on a wake board.
MEET WITH A BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER
I have multiple Business Development Managers (BDMs) that are constantly traveling to facilitate meeting with our clients to provide great consulting and permanent opportunities. Here is a schedule of some BDMs that will traveling in the upcoming weeks. I would be happy to facilitate a meeting if you are interested in discussing future opportunities!
I have a BDM that will be traveling throughout the Ohio area for multiple days around the 15th of Septemeber, and he would be happy to meet with anyone to discuss staffing needs or future opportunities!
I also have multiple BDMs who will be traveling to the Pennsylvania around at the end of August, and to the North Carolina and New York areas mid-September. I will also have a BDM in the Indianapolis, IN area next week.
