Start with a 5-10 minute warm-up.Each exercise below will be performed for 4 minutes before moving on to the next. Perform each exercise for
20 seconds as many times as you can followed by a 10 second rest before repeating. Repeat a total of 8rounds for a total of 4 minutes. Take a 1 minute break after each round. You can use a clock, but an interval
