Quando a leitura no voltimetro for zerovolts a descarga estara completa.

3. Devido 0 alto vacuo dos tubas de imagem, fragmentos de vid ro serao expel idos violentarnente na que­bra do clnescoplo. a manuseio do tubo, portanto, deve ser feito com os olhos e 0 corpo protegidos (useocuros de sequranca , luvas e roupa adequada).

4. Se ocorrer a queima de qualquer lus fvel neste receptor, substitua-o somente pelo tipo especificado.5. Quando substitui r resistor de alta wattagem (resistor de film de oxide metallco, como exemplo) na placa

de ctrcutto impresso, mantenha 0 resistor no minimo 10 mm alastado da placa.6. Mantenha os fios do telev isor distantes da alta tensao e dos componentes e pecas de alta temperatura.7. Antes de retornar 0 aparelho ao c1iente verifique sempre a fuga de corrente alternada (AC) em todas as

partes metaucas expostas do gabinete, como terminais de antena, termin als massa das tomadas deaudio e video, parafusos, etc, para assegurar a operacao do aparelho sem riscos de cheq ue eletrico.Conecte 0 plugue do cabo de teres diretamente na tomada da rede de tensao alternada (nee utilize 0transformador de lsotacao durante esta ventlcacao).Utilize um voltfmetro AC (5000 ohms ou rnais por volt) da segu inte forma.Conecte a cornolnecao de um resistor de 1500 ohm 10 wall em paralelo com um capac itor para corren­te alternada de 0,15 MFD, entre um ponto de terra adequado (cano metatico de agua, como exemplo)e as partes rnetaucas, uma de cada vez. Meca a tensao alternada (AC) nos terminais da combtnacaoresistor/capacitor. Inverta 0 plugue do cabo de terce na tomada e repita as medicoes para cada partemetauca exposta. As tens6es medidas nao devem exceder 0,3 Volts RMS (0,2 Mi liamperes AC).Qualquer valor que exceda este limite constitue um perigo potenc ial de choque e indica a necessidadede imediata correcao no televisor.

Os ajustes no chassis sao teltos atraves de urn con trote remota completo, ou seja, que possua astec tas MUTE e · SM. Enecessaria entrar no modo servlco (5) au modo desenvolvimento (0) paraselecionar as enderecos do microcontrolador e ajustar as dados.

COMO ENTRAR NO MODO 5ERVII;:0 (5 )1. Pressiono a tecta MUTE no controle remoto, e observe a indicayao "som dcsligado" na tela do televisor.2. Presaione novamen te a leela MUTE e mantendo-a pression ada acione as teclas VOL 1\ o VOL V

simul laneamente no pain e! do televisor durante 5 segundos. A letra "S· ira aparecer no canto superiordireito da lela.Os enderecos e dados de ajuste aparccem no canto superior esquerdo . Os endorecos sao selecionadoscom as teclas CH +/- do controle remote e as dados sao ajustados com as teclas VOL vt-,

1. Aplique na entrada de ent ena urn sinal padreo de linhas cr uzadas ( cross-hatch ).2. Ajuste 0 brilho e a cor no centro, e contrasts no maximo .3. Coloque 0 televisor no modo de "service", conforme mostrado na pag . 4.4. Selecione 0 endereco HPOS com as teclas CH do contrale remote .5. Siga a ortentacao da figura abaixo.

Ajustar a coscao horizonta l de modo que a orstancia "A" sejaigual a distanoia "8", Ou seja, a distancia da mascara docinescop lo para a prirneira linha vertica l visfvel (pa ralela amascara) deve ser a mesma tanto do lado esqu erdo como dodiretto.

AJUSTE DA ESCALA DE CINZA1. Gire 0 potenciometro de SCREEN (unidade de foco/screen do flyback) totalmente no sontioc anti-horano.2. Aplique na entrada de antena urn sinal de barras padreo (preto e branco).3 Com 0 televisor no modo "service". corle a deftexao vertical pressionando a tecta 100 do controfe remote.4. Giro a etxo do potencicmetro de SCREE N no senlido hcrarto ale 0 aparecimento da Iinha horizontal de

varredura numa das cores vermetha. verde ou azul. Esla cor dove permanecer com 0 orval de tensaoatingido no ajuste do potenci6metro de SCREEN. As cores restantes devem scr ajustaoas de modo que alinha horizontal fique branca.

5. Os dados iniciais dos enderecos RCUT, GCUT, BCU T e GDRV, BDRV sao respeclivamente 20 e 40.6. Ajuste com as teclas VOL um dos cos onderecos restantes e depois 0 outro de modo quo a tinba
