    The objecti!es of the project e!aluation are to &&

    achie!ements ha!e supported the program goals and their objecti!es% b. e!aluate the project effecti!eness && longitudinal effect and continuity of the project

    acti!ities"ser!ices as well as the scope and e'tent of the institutionaliation of the project%

    c. e'plore the cost effecti!eness of the project acti!ities%d. identify the target and le!el of achie!ements as specified in the project agreement%

    e. e'plore the coordination between the concerned line agencies in the project districts%

    f. find out the income and e'penditure in compliance with the project agreement and proportion of 

     programmatic and administrati!e cost incurred by the project%g. e'amine the financial regularitiesdisciplines in accordance with the pre!ailing ules and

    egulations and fi' assets purchased in duty free pri!ileges and locally% and

    h. assess the good lessons to be replicated in other projects and aspects to be impro!ed in the days

    ahead.

    The logistic arrangements for the field !isit% including accommodation (lodging B fooding ) and transportation costwill be pro!ided by the (INGO).INGO should inform the total expenditure of such logistic arrangement toSWC. 

    -6. E#al$a%ion Repor%

    The e!aluation will result in the drawing&up of a report written in straightforward manner in /nglish including

    e'ecuti!e summary that should appear at the beginning of the report. The report format appearing in anne' could behelpful for team leader. $ tightly drafted% to the point% and free standing /'ecuti!e Summary is essential in the report.

    *t should focus on the 4ey issues of e!aluation% outcomes of the main points of the analysis% and should clearlyindicate conclusions% lessons learnt% and specific recommendations. The final e!aluation report should be submitted

    on hard and soft copy. The draft report should be submitted to the SWC for its re!iew and remar4s. Opinions of the

    SWC will be incorporated in the draft report for finaliation. efore the finaliation of the report% there would be a

     post&e!aluation meeting at SWC where the team leader will present the outcomes of the e!aluation.

    The e!aluation schedule will be decided with the mutual understanding between e!aluation team and *"+,O ($ttach
