    also he had a family who believed he wasinnocent 6he -eath $enalty in this case isperceived as unethical as you are ta ing awaythe life of an innocent man, which de&esmorals and is considered an inhumane act >nreality, they are actually ta ing away the life ofan innocent man and this could be consideredas murdering someone as well is loved oneshad lost him even though he was innocent
