Dear author

To submit an article in the IJRM, first you must register from "Registration" bottom in the top menu bar, fill out the

Registration Form, and receive a username and password. Please fill in all stared (*) parts and then click on "Submit"

button.

Next, enter your username and password in the related sections and click on "Log in" button, as shown below.

Online Submission

Before submitting an article, please read our "Author's guideline" section from the "For Authors" button in the top menu

bar. You can download the required forms to submit an article on this page.

From the homepage, click on the "For Authors" section and select "Online Submission"; then select the "Click here to

start the Step" button.

Please fill in all stared (*) parts and then click on “Submit and Continue” button.

In the new page, you should enter full article information including the Title, Running title, Abstract, Keywords,

References, and Authors' information (full name, email, affiliation, postal address, academic degree, and ORCID

code). The research ethics code and clinical trial registration number must be entering it in the relevant section.

The "Submission form", "Article file with Authors' names" and "Article file without Authors' names" are the

required files for submission. If you need to submit another file (Cover letter, Conflict of interest form, Ethics committee

approval letter, …) to the journal, upload it to the "Uploading attachment" section.

By confirming the last three options and selecting "Submit & Continue" button, the page about the volume of uploaded

information will appear.

Click on the "Continue: filling the related form" button.

In this section you can enter the details of a suggested reviewer including: Reviewer's Full Name, Field of Specialty,

Academic Rank, Email, Mobile Phone Number and University. Once you have completed and approved the form, a

confirmation message will appear. Click on the "Yes, Submit the form" button will open a page that says: the forms

entries were successfully uploaded.

You will be redirected to your private page by click on the “Continue: finalizing the submission” button.

Click on "To finalize your paper submission" button.

Finally, a page will be open announcing that your article has been submitted successfully.
