• Prior to 10.2 upgrade, the City was using 9.3.1 (since 2010)• In addition to desktop, server, and ArcSDE upgrades, hardware was
also upgraded (entire web delivery platform was “re-architected”)• Fault tolerant• Increased redundancy• Expands capacity and reliability
