This seemed like a pretty unusual dish for lunch, and I have to admit I was skeptical at first.A few forkfuls into it and I was pleasantly surprised with how light it was.

Dinner: Sundried tomato pesto, olives & Feta stuffed chicken breast with veg parmigiana

This dish was well thought of with all the elements that make a perfectly satisfying meal. The sundried tomatoes offset the saltiness of the feta stuffed chicken, and the vegparmigiana was delightful.

Day 3:

Breakfast: A bowl of amranth muesli and a platter of papaya and strawberries

Lunch : Thai Red Chicken Curry, baby aubergines, peppers, mushroom, lemongrassinfused brown rice.

The Thai red chicken curry was traditionally made with lemongrass, kaffir lime, galangaland vegetables. The aromatic combination of the brown rice and chicken curry was a mealby itself, and I was pretty satisfied with the meal.

Dinner: Fish Munire (Balsamic glaze), cauliflower Mornay with chargrilled cherry tomatoes

This was my favourite meal by far. The fish in balsamic glaze had subtle notes of acidityand was full of flavour. The cauliflower mornay and the cherry tomatoes were the perfectaccompaniments, and together they created a wholesome, balanced, delicious dish.

The meals were proportioned and I didn't have to worry too much about portion sizes andcalories. The food was lightly seasoned and cooked to perfection but the meals lacked somespice. I didn't end up losing any weight after this but it sure as hell didn't let me put on any.I didn't feel overstuffed or sick and actually enjoyed feeling light after these carefullyplanned meals. I recommend TLC kitchen to anyone who wants to lose a few pounds, feellighter and healthier. Their attention to detail is definitely noteworthy and it's an incrediblefeeling to have someone look after your meals- leaving you very little to worry about.
