Tjobs (via TjobsRecruit and currently Tjobs.ro) is a hybrid online/bricks-and-mortar business that for the first time combines the efficiency of a modern online recruitment portal with a fast growing proprietary network of currently over 500 recruitment agencies.

Our Story…

... begins in 2009, with the launching of Tjobs.ro – the 1st Romanian portal dedicatedexclusively to cross border recruitment agencies. It provided them with useful workflow tools andmarketplace functionalities, while candidates find a constant stream of up-to-date high quality joboffers. This innovative business model quickly transformed Tjobs.ro into the no 1 resource in Romaniain terms of opportunities to work abroad and valuable information on the topic. Angel investment raised in late 2010 from world class investors. Their support allowed anaccelerated development of our unique recruitment system internationally. Thus, TjobsRecruit was launched in 2011 as a provider of end to end solutions for per-sonnel leasing and recruitment for enterprise customers. First international office was open in France, the second in UK and several more international offices are about to follow in other EU Countries.
