Difficulties and
challenges
▪ Overlap between different offices eg. study and carreerguidance & educational development, internationaloffice.
▪ Inserting actions already in progress in the different faculties or not?
▪ Brainstorming on 6 key aspects: Overlap in aspects oneaction works on + certain key aspects seem more urgent.
▪ Involvement of all affected parties & willingness to beinvolved Importance of the process.
▪ Balance between enthusiasm and feasiblity, maintainingboundaries.
▪ Support, time, space and resources… The sif as anessential part of the process.
Difficulties and
challenges
▪ Taking time to write out goals and actions (smart). It will make you realise how broad certain actions are.
▪ Longer proces, but important to do it in a fased way.
▪ Keeping overview.
▪ Gathering ideas from other institutions through intervision, literature, symposiums. What does/doesn’t work?
eg. Emphasis on social integration came through research done on social integration and study success.
