THE YORK HOTELOne of Australias leading hotels the York is an icon of Sydneys CBD.

Timeframe were commissioned to undertake the complete interior repaint,

andto maintain the integrity of the wallpaper and paintwork. The project

utilised special paint finishes along with complex removal techniques of

the existing wallpaper in areas such as the front reception, facilities and

corridors. This was successfully completed with little or no interruption to

patrons, tenants and staff.

Experience

NATIONAL AUSTRALIA BANK CALL CENTRE AT SEVEN HILLS

The level of finish and success of this project resulted in Timeframe Group

being proudly awarded winner for the Master Painters award for excellence

in Commercial Project of the Year 2009/2010. National Bank Seven Hills

required a well overdue facelift and Timeframe Group worked around the

clock to ensure the successful completion of the project on time and with

minimum disruption.

THE NEWINGTON HOUSE LOCATED AT SILVERWATERNewington House is one of the historic and architecturally sensitive designs of

the Heritage Building facilities currently within 100 sites dotted in and around

Sydney. Due to the poor condition of the building it required special care

and attention, our professional and methodical approach has set Timeframe

Group services apart from the others in ensuring that all expectations where

reached and indeed, exceeded. This approach has resulted in Timeframe

Group being the service provider for the next 10 years.

THE UNITED GROUP INFRASTUCTURE BUILDING AT PYMBLE

UGL Limited is a leading diversified services company operating in

maintenance, facilities management, engineering and construction to

blue-chip companies, governments and institutions throughout Australia,

New Zealand, Asia, North America and the Middle East. Presentation and

cleanliness is of paramount importance when it came to their flagship office

facilities so when the paintwork was showing its age Timeframe Group

was engaged to undertake the task. Working around the clock Timeframe

Group completed a full interior and exterior repaint including handyman,

ground maintenance, electrical, plumbing, carpet repairs and line marking

of the premises.
