Zurick Montage CuisineTiffany Craft and Emily Wisely
Located in the heart of Chicago’s trendy Bucktown neighborhood, our restaurant will fulfill any yuppie’s fine dining desires. The unique “montage cuisine experience” is essentially an edible metaphor and tribute to the nonsensical, somewhat offensive Dada movement during WWI. This restaurant will provide a solution to the customer’s lunch or dinner expectations. Whether he wants to meet a colleague for a drink, visit with friends over dinner, or take his wife to dinner at a romantic rooftop setting, our restaurant has the versatility to provide a perfect solution. The food itself is perpetually changing; our on-staff gourmet chef alters the menu every 4-6 weeks, typically incorporating seasonal items into the entrees. Customer favorites, of course, are available year-round. Bucktown is brimming with successful creative, hip professionals who enjoy venturing to locally-owned, alternative restaurants. The artsy, trendy style will bring them in; the quality of the atmosphere and food will keep them coming back.

The small community town of Ruston, Louisiana was built around railroad tracks. Even when trains come through the town today, everything comes to a halt. The summer is filled with excitement from Peach Festival. A whole week of activities is planned and people drive from all over just to get some of the famous Ruston Reds.
