  • THREE WARS, MANY REASONS TO HAPPENPolitical and Economical Reasons: WW II: Hitler wanted to dominate Europe (invasion of Poland in 1939) and to gain control of the agrarian resources to the east of Germany.

    GULF WAR: Iraqs leader,Saddam Hussein ordered the invasion and occupation ofKuwaiton the grounds that Kuwait was part of Iraq, had the nations large oil reserves, and had intentionally depressed the world oil prices.

  • Social Reasons: WW II: the violation of the Treaty of Versailles that ended WWI caused tension between the people and the government; the Treaty made Germany the only ones at fault for the war. The population of Germany were desperate for revenge, and Hitler was right there to lead the people to it.
