Our Leadership – The Board of Elders is elected by MAC

members to work with the pastor in giving direction and oversight to everything the church does.

Summer Kids Church at MAC

Sunday Morning Programming will continue throughout the summer for children age 3 years to the end of Grade 4, with the children being dismissed part way through the service - except for long weekends.

"Love and Chocolate Couples' Event" The event is from 7 - 9 p.m. with doors opening at 6:30 p.m. The cost is $30 per couple which includes dessert and coffee.

Experience the greatest story ever told... Once again Oak Valley Productions Inc. presents the inspiring drama of Manitoba's Passion Play at its scenic outdoor theatre site near La Riviere, Manitoba. Numerous volunteers from all across southern Manitoba, including cast, crew, front of house personnel and many more work together to present this unique Manitoba event. Year after year many are still discovering this hidden gem. The dates for this summer's performances of Manitoba's Passion Play: July 8 & 9 (Saturday & Sunday) at 6:30 pm July 14, 15, 16 (Friday through Sunday) at 7:30 pm

Global Advance

Our denomination is committed to global aid and outreach

Home Assignments – This month, international workers begin to

return for home assignment in Canada. Pray for their transitions and for their preparations to impact our churches. Pray also for their children as they adjust to life in Canada, new schools, and new friends.

Ramadan – Ramadan began on May 27th. This begins a month of

fasting, which includes no food or liquids from the first light of dawn until sunset. The second 10 days of Ramadan are a time to recognise

the mercy of Allah to faithful Muslims. Pray for new believers who are walking through Ramadan as a new Christian. This is often a difficult time to stay firm in their faith.

This coming Wednesday, June 21, is the "Night of Power" in the Muslim world (also known as the "Night of Destiny"). It is the most holy night of the year, when many people spend the night in prayer. The Night of Power is a celebration of the arrival of the Qur'an, the revelation received by the prophet Mohammed. It is also a night that is believed to have special blessings, a night of angel visitations and proclamations, a night when people are open to receiving dreams and visions from God as they seek His favour and guidance. Please pray that the Lord Jesus Christ will reveal Himself to many Muslims in the coming week as they seek God's blessing and guidance. Pray that they will have the courage to follow Him in a place where there is suffering for those who do.
