I am very proud……
To those of you who are succeeding with your nutritional and exercise goals. I know it is a
battle. Just take it one day at a time, one step at a time instead of looking at the whole goal.
Keeping one step in mind everyday will help you continue to succeed.
It is time to (exercise) the Model Cities vegetable garden. Yes, having a garden is a form of exercise. Those of you who are interested in the garden form of exercise please contact the nutritionist, Jandel Benjamin, for details. Those who participate will receive the first harvest. Last year we harvested over 30 pounds of vegetables. Let’s make this year just as good or even better. Thank you to last year’s farmers: Victoria Bailey-Makinde, Vivian Adams, and Stan McCray.
