(1) This act may #e called the Industrial Employment (StandingOrders) Act, 1946$

Appeals

Any employer, &or*man, trade union aggrieed #y the ordero' the certi'ying o''icer, may &ithin ; days appeal to theappellate authority, &hose decision shall #e 'inal$ (Section 6)

The appellate authority shall &ithin > days o' its order sendcopies to the certi'ying o''icer, to the employer and to the tradeunion copies o' the standing orders as certi'ied #y it andauthenticated in the prescri#ed manner$ (Section 6)

The appellate authority has no po&er to set aside the order o'the erti'ying O''icer$ It can con'irm or amend the StandingOrders$

Orders

&here such modi'ication are proposed to #e made#y agreement #et&een employer and the &or*mena certi'ied copy o' that agreement shall #e 'iledalong &ith the application$
