If you have ever felt frustrated that you just don’t seem to be getting where you want to be in your yoga practice, this isthe workshop for you. Often going right back to basics is the best way towards an advanced practice. It can be ahumbling experience and a great lesson in life. Yoga is the union of two opposing forces; in order to go up, you mustgo down; in order to open you must first close; in order to achieve, you often need to try less hard and in order to builda dynamic practice, you should begin by slowing things down. things you might never have dreamed possible. This session delivers a dynamic yet safe and therapeutic experience, providing you with somevaluable tools to evolve your practice.

Evolve Your Yoga combines the seemingly opposed practices of dynamic and therapeutic yoga through the unique teaching partnership ofDuncan Wong and Dr Elena Voyce.
