  Select “Take the Survey” on www.workfamilyfoundation.org   It takes 17-20 minutes to complete online. (Most of the questions ask you to rate a statement on a scale of 1 to 7.)   All responses are private and anonymous; results will be aggregated.   After, you can view your feedback and see some of the world results.   Encourage others to take the survey too! You can become a Study Ambassador by pledging to get ten responses from coworkers and friends.
