NORTH CAROLINA BAR REVIEW COURSE SCHOLARSHIPS: Attention AllThird-Year Students taking the July 1991 North Carolina Bar Examination.North Carolina Central University School of Law Alumni Association, Inc.has endowed four scholarships of $250.00 each to be awarded to four NCCUthird-year law students who will be taking the North Carolina BarExamination. 6TH ANNUAL LAW WEEK GOLF TOURNAMENT: The 6th Annual Law Week GolfTournament will be held on Saturday, April 6, 1991 at the Duke UniversityGolf Club. Tee times begin at 12:00 noon. Contact Eroll Skyers or JohnPerry for more information.

A Golf Tournament Committee meeting is scheduled for Tuesday,February 19, 1991 at 5:30 p.m. in Room 100. Anyone, faculty staff, orstudents wishing to participate on the committee is welcome.

BLSA NEWS: Black History Month Events: Malcolm X Video

Presentation, Thursday, February 21, 1991 at 7:30 pm in the Moot Court

Room. Delta Theta Phi Legal Fraternity will co-sponsor a Black Art Exhibit

and Sale, Sunday, February 24, 1991, Main Lobby of Law School. COME OUT

BLSA Library: BLSA library materials are now available to all paidmembers. Materials are available for all classes. See Michael Troutman or

Carolyn Jennings for check-outs.

Study Session: All 2L BLSA members, a group study session will be

conducted on Friday, Feb. 15th from 3 pm - 5 pm in Room 206. The topic is

Business Associations. See BLSA board for info.

50/50 Raffle: Ticket sales begin on Monday, February 18th for one

week. It's simple: Buy a ticket for $1.00 a chance; if your ticket is

drawn, you win half the kitty! The more tickets we sell, the bigger the

pot! Drawing on February 25th.

Shaw University Donation: Each member is asked to donate money

towards the Shaw University Emergency Fund. See Jacqui Lee.

UNC BLSA Cabaret: UNC's BLSA chapter will sponsor a "Winter Cab"

a colleague, a professor, or a member of our support staff who has beenespecially helpful. Or, you can purchase one for yourselfl Cards will beattached to each flower if you would like to send a personalized greeting.

S.B.A. FOOD DRIVE: The SBA is sponsoring a food drive. The foodwill be donated to the Durham Urban Ministries downtown on a monthly basis.

Please bring your food contributions and deposit them in the box located inthe basement. This is an ongoing project. Thank you in advance for yourparticipation and cooperation.
