What did we do?We did a survey in our homes about the litres

of water that we use in a week per family

Why did we do this? Because we want to know how much water we

use in our homes and as individuals.

Page 7: The water cycle ppt

How did we do it?We made a table with all the days of the week

and we completed the information. Then we collected all the information to know

how many litres we use per family and per individual.

We recorded the results on to a graph.

Don’t fill up the bath when you take a shower.

Turn the tap off when you soap your body.

When you have lunch or dinner, don’t fill up your glass if you are not very thirsty.

When you have ice left in your cup, don't throw it in the trash, dump it on a plant.

When washing dishes by hand, don't leave the water running for rinsing.

Water plants and the lawn in the evening.
