Should All Animals Be Eaten For Food

A Study.

We should prove all things, so let us make notes and study, have a pen and paper

handy.

1 Thessalonians Ch.5 v 21 "Prove all things; hold fast that which is good."

"Beloved, I wish above all things that thou mayest prosper and be in health…"

The study is on health, focusing on eating the right foods and what God Almighty says about

clean and unclean foods and the importance this has for our bodies and why,

because as stated in, 1 Samuel Ch, 15: 22-23 KJV "…Obedience is better than sacrifice, and

Rebellion is as the sin of witchcraft…"

It was a prompt to write this mini study because of the sicknesses in the world it was vital to delve

into the word of God and Look at what is said on our health and maintaining our bodies the best way

we can. As God created us, then it is only right that he would know how best to take care of our

health. The earth contains many nutrients and minerals, man and woman are made from that same

earth, so it would seem to make sense that we are to put the goodness back into our bodies through

what we eat and how do we know what to eat, well,

what does God say? This mini-study highlights some relevant scriptures often overlooked and

explains the widely used "Rise, Peter; kill, and eat" in Acts Ch.10. Was our loving father saying to his

children that it is ok to eat the forbidden food?

Hebrews 4:16

KJV "Let us, therefore, come boldly unto the throne of grace, that we may obtain mercy, and find grace to help in time of need."

Questions are asked such as: How can we be in good health?

Q. Should all animals be eaten for food.

Q. What is God saying when he makes a distinction between clean and unclean.

Q. What is the true meaning of Acts Ch, 10 “Rise, Peter; Kill, and eat?”

Facts:

The World Health Organisation (WHO) declared Pork as carcinogenic to humans and just a

few pieces of bacon every day, equivalent to half a sausage, increases your risk of cancer by

18%. The article goes on to say further that processed meats are ranked as a Group One

Carcinogen, that is the same ranking as cigarettes, alcohol and asbestos! NHS (2015). Other

Organisation’s such as the World Cancer Research Fund WCRF, (2018). Furthermore, the

American Institute of Cancer Research has discovered that there is a strong connection

between processed meats and cancer AICR (2016).

Q. Does anyone know what Processed meats are?

Processed meat is meat that has been preserved by curing, salting, smoking, drying or

canning. Processed meat includes sausages, hot dogs, salami, ham, cured bacon, salted and

cured meat and is not restricted to Pork but also beef products.

The difference is that some processed meats may qualify as clean food such as the Cow, but

the processing and placing in a can makes this unhealthy for the body. Think about this, meat

can be purchased in a tin, and it is not recognisable which part of the animal it comes from

such as, e.g. sausages, if the meat has been dried out or left to ferment, whether clean or

unclean brethren what value is this to your bodies?

God Almighty has a very different view of food brethren and what his children can and

cannot eat.

Q. Why would God know what is best for us to eat brethren?

A. Because he created us and knows what is good for our bodies. Scripture: Gen Ch, 1 v 7.

Take a moment and think brethren of the many minerals and nutrients in the soil! Does that

help you to understand better why it is important to ensure our bodies receive the proper

foods containing Life! The right foods contain life brethren; those foods are Gods foods. The

Devils food is death as it contains no life-giving properties. It is unclean, or most of the

goodness has either been dried out, salted out, poisoned with sugar, fermented and so on.

The food God Almighty gives us is fresh, appealing and good for our bodies. The food God

Almighty gives us heals our bodies, Gen Ch. 1 v 29, Now, brethren there is nothing wrong

with the occasional treat as we are told in Philippians Ch, 4 v 5, "let your moderation be

known to all men". Moreover, the majority of our food should be fresh fruit, fresh vegetables

with some clean meats such as beef, Lamb, chicken and fresh fish with scales if you eat meat.

If you are a vegetarian, you must ensure enough Iron, in particular, is in your diet, especially

if you are a teen as a lack of iron leads to fatigue and shortness of bread.

It is important to note that even those that eat foods that are classed as not fit for human

consumption by God Almighty will find that they are tired and short of breath due to a lack of

the essential vitamins found in fresh, clean food.

Let us turn to Leviticus Ch, 11. This is a very long chapter giving details of what we can and

cannot eat by our Creator, and this shows God Loves for us. Note! A split hoof can be better

understood as two toes. The diet in Leviticus is for Gods people, and God says quite clearly

in V 44 "For, I am the Lord your God, you shall therefore consecrate yourselves and you shall be

holy for I am Holy".

Turn to, 1 Peter Ch, 2 v 9

"But you are a chosen generation, a royal priesthood, a holy nation, a peculiar people; that ye

should shew forth the praises of him who hath called you out of darkness into his marvellous

light".

1 Corinthians Ch, 3: 16-17

"Know ye not that ye are the temple of the living god and that the spirit of God dwelleth in

you"

"if any man defile the temple of God, him shall God destroy; for the temple of God is Holy,

which temple ye are".

Let us just return to the old testament in Leviticus to see how we can defile ourselves.

Leviticus Ch, 11 v 44. "…Neither shall ye defile yourselves with any creeping thing that

creeps on the earth".

Deuteronomy Ch, 14, also lists clean and unclean animals brethren and also says so that we

can have a long life, throughout Deuteronomy our Loving father states so that we can have a

long life. We are truly blessed to have a loving father instructing his children how to live

right, eat right, dress right and contrary to what some may think, you cannot do what you

want when you have decided to follow Christ.

Q. Will meat be eaten in the Kingdom brethren?

Let's have a look at what the Bible says about this in Isaiah Ch, 65 v 17, "for behold, I create

new heavens and a new earth: and the former shall not be remembered, nor come into mind".

In this scripture God Almighty is telling us that the things of old, our former ways of doing

things shall be done away with but do not get this confused with Gods laws as these are

forever. My next publication will be on the laws of the Most high asking the question "Are

Gods Laws really done away with". Brethren, there will be no meat eating in the kingdom of

the Most-High God Yahweh. Look at Isaiah Ch, 65 v 25 "The wolf and the Lamb shall feed

together, and the Lion shall eat straw like the Bullock: and dust shall be the serpent’s meat.

They shall not hurt nor destroy in all my holy mountain,' saith the Lord. What are the

scriptures saying Brethren?

And for further evidence let's look at Isaiah Ch, 11 v 6-9 "The wolf also shall dwell with the

Lamb, and the leopard shall lie down with the Kid: and the calf and the young Lion and the

fatling together, and a little child shall lead them.

V7. And the Cow and the bear shall feed, their young ones shall lie down together: and the

Lion shall eat straw like the Ox.

V8. And the suckling child shall play on the hole of the Asp, and the weaned child shall put

his hand on the cockatrice's den. V9. They shall not hurt nor destroy in all my holy mountain: for the earth shall be full of the

knowledge of the Lord, as the waters cover the sea.

These words in Isaiah are filled with such Love and show the Love God Almighty has for all,

of his creation. Here we are plainly told that there will be no Carnivores in the Kingdom of

The Most-High God.

There are those who use the very widely known phrase "Rise, Peter; Kill, and Eat" from Acts

Ch, 10 v 13, The Jews would not in that time entertain Gentiles and invite them into their

homes. Cornelius was a Gentile. However, Cornelius was a man of God, who prayed daily

and was kind. God knew that Peter would not entertain Cornelius, because Gentiles were

considered unclean by the Jews, as stated further in Acts Ch, 10 v 28 And he said unto them

'Ye know that it is an unlawful thing for a man that is a Jew to keep company, or come unto

one of another nation: but God hath shown me that I should not call any man common or

unclean. V28 'Therefore, came I unto you without gainsaying, as soon as I was sent for.

Brethren this would unlikely not have happened unless God spoke to Peter and God does

nothing in vain, God Knows how to get through to his people. Peter was given a vision of all

kinds of unclean things and told to Rise, Peter; Kill, and eat and Peter's answer was "not so

Lord, for I have never eaten anything that is common or unclean" v15, Says that the voice

spoke unto him again "what God hath cleansed call not, thou common". V16 says this was

done three times and the vessel was received up again into heaven.

These scriptures in Acts Ch, 10 is not saying to Peter you can eat unclean food now, which

God created not fit for human consumption but is very clearly showing that God is offering

Salvation to the gentile nations!

V17. Goes on to say that Peter doubted in himself what this vision should mean. This is

because Peter knows the Laws of God and categorically knew that he could not eat any of the

foods he saw in the vision an interesting point in V9, Peter went up upon the house to pray about

the sixth hour. V10, and he became very hungry, yet in that hunger Peter’s answer was “Not so,

Lord; for I have never eaten anything that is uncommon or unclean.” Our God is not the author of

confusion so understandably Peter would question the validity of his vision and as he was doing so

the story unfolds, what a wonderful, wise creator we serve Brethren. Cornelius's men are at the

same time looking for Simons house and asking its location. As they made enquiry at the gate of

Peters house, (Simon surnamed Peter). V19, the Spirit said unto him "Behold,

three men seek thee. Arise therefore, and get thee down, and go with them, doubting nothing:

for I have sent them."

V21. Says that Peter went down to the men which were sent unto him from Cornelius, and

said, 'Behold, I am he whom ye seek: what is the cause wherefore ye are come?'

And they said, 'Cornelius the centurion, a just man, and one that feareth God, and of good

report among all the nation of the Jews, was warned from God by a holy angel to send for

thee into his house, and to hear words of thee'. V23, then called he them in and lodged them.

The Jews and The Gentiles Brethren!

God's health laws are still valid today Brethren. God created Man and Woman and knows

what is best for us. Our Loving father will not force us but remember the Bible is your

roadmap to your success! and again, 3 John Ch, 1 v 2. "Beloved, I wish above all things that

thou mayest prosper and be in good health…". When you do what is right by following the Health

Laws of God Almighty as laid down in the scriptures of Deuteronomy and Leviticus then Life follows

as this is the principle of healthful living.

Our Creator re-iterates the importance of obedience to his words by repeating them throughout Deuteronomy in:

Deuteronomy Ch: 5 v 33

Deuteronomy Ch: 11 v 9

Deuteronomy Ch: 12 v 28

And other scriptures in this wonderful book.

In Deuteronomy Ch, 28 v 1-10, in particular see verse 4. God's blessing on your children!

Do things Gods way because God's blessing is Long Life! And just in case anyone says "well, that was

the old covenant, things have changed, those

laws have been done away with." Remember, God Almighty made the distinction between clean

and unclean foods with Noah in Gen Ch, 7 v 2, this was given nearly a thousand years before, long

before the Mosaic laws came to be given to Israel.

Now, put God to the test and do as he says because God Almighty has said he will bless you

with Life.

Meditate on Psalm 91 and claim the promises.
