We recently switched to Hire Health/Lab Corp. Have been using for about 2-3mos. So far, we have been pleased.

Works well, no complaints from candidates

We screen for Pre DOT/FAA & Post accident for both. We also have reasonable cause to test.

we go back 3 months of history of drug use

We only do it when customer contracts require it.

It is a waste of time and money

We have the vendor warehouse our forms at their offices. Big value add.

We are looking at consolidating our collection vendors that can do pre-employment, random, and "for cause"

Satisfied with the vendor’s service

We do a fair number of drug screens ourselves

would like to find a vendor that will do both background checks and drug tests
