Reservations and CancellationsThe Spa will welcome walk-in guests based on availability but we recommend making reservations at least three days in advance in order to accommodate your request.

The treatments you select are reserved especially for you. If you would like to change your appointment time or cancel it please kindly be informed that all cancellations must be communicated to the spa 6 hours prior to the appointed time, failing to do this will incur in full rate charge of the treatment.
