Appointments can be guaranteed with a credit card, room or confirmation number. As we reserve your appointment time especially for you, please provide four hours advance notice should you need to change or cancel your appointment. No-shows and guests who cancel fewer than four hours before an appointment time will be billed for the full price. Late arrival for any service will limit the length of treatment.

C H E C K - I NWe suggest arriving at least 30 minutes before your scheduled Spa appointment, providing sufficient time to change and make use of our beautiful spa facility. Spa robes, slippers and a locker will be provided upon your arrival. If you choose, undergarments may be worn during treatments. All of our therapists are skilled in proper draping procedures to ensure complete comfort and privacy.

A G E P O L I C YSpa treatments are available for guests age 12 and over, with guests ages 12 to 17 requiring a parent’s written approval. Salon services have no minimum age, though children under 16 require parental approval and children under 12 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian. Guests ages 12 to 17 who wish to use the Spa’s locker area and facilities must be accompanied at all times by a parent or guardian. Guests must be a minimum of 14 years old to use the Spa Jacuzzi and Steam Room and must wear a swimsuit at all times in these areas.
