Volunteer of the Month

November 2009Loretta Kanta

Loretta was born and raised in Watford City. She is a member of the St. Joseph's Catholic Church, and belongs to the following organizations: Catholic daughters, the Alter Society, the American Legion Auxilary, Bunko Club, and the Practical Nurses Association.

Loretta thoroughly enjoys being with her family: her husband, Rudy; Deb and Randy and their children, Kelsey and Matt; Dan and Kristi and their child, Sutton; and Darcy and Karen and their children, Jamie, Lucas, and Boone.

Loretta also enjoys volunteering at the Heritage Center. She said giving her time to make other people happy is very fulfilling. Loretta helps our Senior Citizens with Medicare D information. She enjoys playing golf, and something she would hope for in the future is to live next door to a golf course!

We, at the Heritage Center and 1st National Bank and Trust, would like to honor Loretta as our November 2009 volunteer of the month!

Steve Slocum, Left, Marketing Director at First National Bank, awards Loretta Kanta

"Volunteer of the Month Award".
