Glen Robinson began shooting as an avid hunter and shooting varmints in Alberta, Canada.

Glen loves anything related to shooting, including reloading, casting bullets, making shot, and collecting firearms.

He enjoys shooting pistols (including air pistols), rifles and shotguns.

Glen enjoys his time with his good friend, Joe Friedrich, at the Open Grove Range in Oxnard, California and at the Ojai Valley Gun Club in Ojai, California.

Glen says he likes the comadre with people of like interests and values, and he gives credit to Joe Friedrich for impacting him and shaping him into a competitive shooter. He won the Unlim-ited Outdoor Aggregate in 2015, and has been pretty competitive, making the top 10 in the Outdoor Unlimited Aggregate multiple years.

In his younger years, Glen loved waterskiing, but now settles for being the boat driver for his chil-dren. He also loves time at their cabin on a lake in Alberta. Glen and his wife also enjoy traveling around this great country in their motorhome.

2020 AREA 5 Tournament

The 2020 Area 5 Tournament was held by Match Director Joe Friedrich at the Open Grove Rimfire Range in Oxnard, California on October 24th.

AREA 5 UNLIMITED TOP 3First place in the Unlimited Class went to Glen Robinson, shooting a 2287.50 agg. In second place was Dwight Green with a 2195.83 agg, and third went to Daniel Lutke with a 2162.50.

SHOOTER SPOTLIGHT

AREA 5 FACTORY TOP 3Ardey Vad won the Factory Class with a 2358.33 agg. In second place was Lou Fontana with a 2312.50 and third went to Rocky Shadden with a 2233.33.
