• Private balconies at the curtain wall glass system have been removed allowing the sun shade device to run horizontally uninterrupted.

• Body of base is indicative of body of tower with the panel system in between the window system.

• Curtain wall “shoulders” at the tower have been articulated with brick allowing a simpler cohesive tower form.

• Elevation has been simplified and unified with the articulation of the decks and window pattern enhanced by brick material.

• Forms of the building are expressed in a clear cohesive manner represented by proper beginning and termination of material palette.

• Overall curtain wall “shoulders” skin has been simplified and unified in pattern and rhythm.
