Rings are built to ANSI

Bleed and Flush Rings
Mac-Weld bleed rings allow you to have two different ANSI flange
sizes or ratings on opposite sides of the ring. Being approximately
2” thick, it also allows you to tap the top and bottom.
All Bleed and Flush rings are quality checked and tested to code,
prior to being shipped.
Bleed and Flush rings typically come in 316/L, 304/L or A105
Carbon Steel.

Mac-Weld designs and manufactures high quality chambers built in
accordance with ASME B31.3 or B31.1, allowing users to buy an integrated
bolt-on instrument solution, or simply a chamber for use with existing
instrumentation.
Various process connections are available, and so are drain & vent options
as well. Our chambers use only certified and traceable materials and are
manufactured using full penetration welds with procedures designed to
ASME. All chambers are hydro tested upon completion, with a full range of
NDT or customer inspection options available to order.
The Chamber is designed for horizontal or vertical vessel. External Level
measurements avoid multiple difficulties faced in the vessel measurements.

Widely used in many industries, Mac-Weld high pressure Instrument
Needle Valves provide quality and reliable function to throttle,
regulate and isolate gaseous and aggressive non-viscous liquid
services. Mac-Weld Gauge Root Valves offer multifunction capability
to isolate, calibrate and vent gauge, pressure switches and static
instrument applications.
Mac-Weld 2, 3, and 5 valve manifolds incorporate high quality
needle valves designed to operate at pressures up to 6,000 psig with
standard PTFE packing.
Mac-Weld Instrument Needle and Gauge Valves incorporate high
quality needle valves designed to operate at pressures up to 6000
psig with standard PTFE gland packing. The packing is positioned
below the stem threads to ensure no contact between system
process and the stem threads.
• Standard seat diameter – 5mm CV: 0.4.
• Maximum standard pressure up to 6000 psig @ 100°F (414 bar @ 38°C)
• Stainless steel pin prevents loosening of the gland body during operation
• Gland is externally adjustable
• Backseat stop spindle prevents blowout
• Non-rotating trim enables the spindle to self center with the orifice for bubble tight shut-off
• Dust cap prevents ingress of contaminants
