Six Sigma… the name itself
provokes interest…and honestly,
when I first heard the term, it sounded to me,
like a name of some kind of secret honor
Society. Then after careful research,
I found in a broad business sense it is… those
who employ and practice these powerful
techniques , are to me part of an honorable
group of people and companies that strive to
uphold standards of quality .

The future of Six sigma looks bright because Unlike QA techniques like TQM or Kaizen Events, Six Sigma has the capability of taking quality to a higher level of accuracy over the long haul.
“This means that Six Sigma has the potential to outlast other quality management programs in the future.”
Also, the awareness and use of Six Sigma is growing in small and medium sized enterprises.
