The propertyThe Pines is a wonderful family home in a quiet residential street in the heart of Aboyne. Completed in 2006, the well insulated property is built of harled stone under a slate roof and was designed by Kintore architect Kenny Mathieson.

The Pines is in excellent decorative order throughout and has a quality finish with French oak internal doors, and matching pine staircase, skirtings and door surrounds.

The accommodation is spacious and particularly suited to today’s living with a bright and inviting open plan kitchen/family room opening to a beautiful sun room, a further well proportioned sitting room and 4 bedrooms, 2 with ensuites.

The sitting room has many fine features including a limestone fireplace with an antique black granite hearth and a wood burning stove, French doors to the garden and glazed inner double doors to the hall.
