Introduction The term eating habits is the way that people eat and

how much they eat. It also depends on the social, cultural, religious, economic, environmental, and political status of the person. There are good and bad eating habits, if you eat too much you are obese and if you eat too poorly you will have anorexia. People that eat too much often have obesity, high cholesterol, high blood pressure and diabetes. People that eat not so much have anorexia, depression and cancer. If you have a normal eating habit you are probably safe.

Conclusion The Article is talking about eating habits. It is very important to be safe and healthy. Some people substitute eating with smoking! We think that is very bad because we need food in our bodies, but neither too much. It’s not fair for your body, so keep yourself healthy.

Nutrition TED talk The video was about food and which food is good for you and what food is bad for you. The man was talking mainly about obesity because he knew some cases of obesity.

I liked that Jamie Oliver make us realize that if we eat and eat and eat we are going to get obese and people that are obese they end up dying or having serious problems. I also liked that he talk about things that can sound bad but they are true like the school food is worse than we think. Luckily we don’t have school food and we can bring good food to school and encourage other people to eat better.

For me the most impacting thing was that the United States is the fattest country in the world. There ae the fattest country in the world because all he fast food that they eat. It also impacts me that if parents don’t encourage their kids to eat well they are killing they kids because they eventually are going to die because they are really fat.

I will eat better for now on; I will bring good food to school and do sports and don’t eat bad or fast food.

Nutrition Facts • Nutrition is how we select our food and how we

prepare it. • By eating well and doing exercise we can prevent a lot

of health problems. • Dietitians are doctors who specialize in human body. • A poor diet may have an impact on health. • It’s not good to make your own diet, you should

always go first to a dietitians. • Obesity and metabolic syndrome and chronic

systemic diseases as cardiovascular disease, diabetes, and osteoporosis are very common when eating badly.

• When buying stuff at a supermarket is good to consider watching the Nutrition Facts so we know if it’s bad or good.

• It’s bad to eat too eat too much sugar. Fruits and vegetable have natural sugar that type sugar is good.
