.75 oz Cinnamon poached sweet potato puree .75 oz Raw honey 2 Tangerine wedges 1 Lime wedge

1 Rosemary sprig

How to make it happen:Muddle Tangerine wedges, lime, rosemary, and honey. Fill with ice and add tequila, shake hard and julep strain over ice. Garnish with a rosemary sprig and tangerine zest.

What is Organic?Some would define organic as a method free of synthetic substances; contains no antibiotics and hormones; has not been irradiated or fertilized with sewage sludge; was raised without the use of most conventional pesticides; and contains no genetically modified ingredients. Basically put, the Organic way is a healthy and clean approach to producing Tequila while managing to be respectful to the environment.

The casa Noble Way?Our 650 hectares of organically certified agave is just the beginning. The quest is not just to provide the cleanest, most natural expression of our soil and character into our tequilas, but do it in the most environmentally responsible way possible. Why? This is the only way to guarantee our finest agave production for decades to come.
