The NET Model of Social Leadership © Julian Stodd www.julianstodd.wordpress.com @julianstodd The NET Model of Social Leadership defines three key areas and nine key skills that the Social Leader must master. It's based around Narrative, Curation and Technology.
In the Social Age, we work with communities to create meaning, and it's our ability to built reputation in these communities that gives us our power and authority: at a time when traditional hierarchies of power are crumbling, when positional power is being subverted by reputation, leaders need to curate their space wisely if they are to be effective. Social Leadership allows an organisation to be agile, to embrace creativity and liberate the power of communities.
