MiMedia Holdings Limited (MMH) was established in 2003 to develop a technology which would enable any person anywhere in the world to access Internet radio and Internet media content from a consumer electronics device.

MMH has developed its highly intelligent proprietary “miRoamer” software (as well as processes) that is a DIGITAL MEDIA PLATFORM embedded into any internet enabled products and media players providing any digital media content; audio; visual and text.

MiRoamer is positioned as the industry default standard for portable wireless digital media content delivery.

The Company’s products have won numerous International awards and it is now signing licensing and distribution agreements with a range of multinational manufacturers and brand names.

Through its gateway model it is set to control a major digital media network conservatively exceeding 15 million consumer electronic devices by the year 2013… possibly millions more given the likely future proliferation of internet enabled devices.

MMH has strong and established commercial relationships in place with the world’s most popular digital media content providers. The result: tens of thousands of streaming digital media content is available through www.miRoamer.com, a purpose built digital media portal which is the template for our clients to utilize or convert to their own creative format.

MMH has built unique platforms to integrate all internet media content including internet TV, pictures, videos and pod casts.

There are considerable barriers to entry at this point in time so MMH have focused on getting the decisive proliferation with the OEMs to the point where the “miRoamer- Internet” badge is unassailable.

The internet is fundamentally different from other delivery modes in that:

• there are no geographical boundaries allowing ubiquitous access to content from anywhere globally;

• it is interactive allowing two-way communication;

• the volume of content available is truly staggering providing specialized content to suit even the most arcane of consumer tastes; and

• the media content providers do not control the delivery mode and anyone can produce content that will be accessible to all internet users.

Revenue streams

MMH will generate five streams of revenue through its internet radio covering:

1. The imbedded software price to manufacturers (one-off);

2. Share of monthly telecommunication subscription service (recurring);

3. Direct Advertising revenue in the form of both audio and video advertisements (recurring);

4. Share of broadcaster advertising revenue; and

5. Other revenue such as premium services

Considerable attention has been devoted in to drawing up sophisticated revenue models and attendant sensitivity analysis.

George ParthimosManaging Director and Chief Executive OfficerHas 20 years ICT experience, predominantly in the Internet, Infrastructure and Portfolio Management areas. Spent over 10 years working for Telstra Corporation, where he specialized in Internet and emerging Multi Media products and services. Has held management positions in the Telecommunications, Technology, Banking and Finance, and Government sectors. Was recognized by Bulletin Magazine as a member of their 2007 “Smart 100” list, which highlights the 100 brightest individuals in Australia.

Paul RamsdenHead of MarketingAn experienced Market Strategist and former senior Broadcasting Executive with over 20 years in managing Radio Stations throughout Australia and New Zealand. His speciality has been developing new markets, resurrecting existing poor performing entities and growing established organisations. Having been with miRoamer for over 3 years he has guided the company’s positioning, branding and strategic focus to ensure that miRoamer is a global leader in its field.

Robert DemianHead of Global SalesHas 15 years of experience in the sales and business development arena, with responsibilities focused on business development, sales, sales management and leading the sales operations for numerous organisations. His diverse background includes telecommunication providers, residential property developers, advertising and marketing agencies in which he was responsible at state and national levels His core competencies included the sales, sales management, business development, training and marketing of these multi-million dollar projects.
