NOTICE

Tundra Oil & Gas Partnership has made an application under Section 214 of The Oil and Gas Act for an order of the Minister of Innovation, Energy and Mines authorizing, on behalf of the royalty owner, for drilling and production in the following spacing units:

Legal Subdivision 3, Section 26, Township 18, Range 29 WPMLegal Subdivision 4, Section 26, Township 18, Range 29 WPMLegal Subdivision 5, Section 26, Township 18, Range 29 WPMLegal Subdivision 6, Section 26, Township 18, Range 29 WPM

A forty eight and one-eighth percent interest in the minerals in the Southwest quarter of Section 26-18-29 WPM covering these spacing units was registered to Mr. Earl R. Lyle, now deceased, registered in the Neepawa Land Titles office on February 23, 1959 under Caveat 34120.

Tundra Oil & Gas Partnership has been unable to ascertain the identity of the rightful heirs to the forty eight and one-eighth percent interest and as a result, Tundra Oil & Gas Partnership has applied to the Minister under Section 214 of The Oil and Gas Act for an order authorizing on behalf of the Royalty Owner.

The Minister may make an order authorizing drilling and production on behalf of the Missing Royalty Owner after publishing this notice of the application provided the Minister is satisfied that the Royalty Owner cannot be ascertained or found.
